A 50% non-refundable retainer fee based on the total purchase price will be collected at the time of purchase and applied toward the total cost of your selected experience. This retainer secures your date and reserves your booking.

The retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, changes, or no-shows. Once the retainer is collected, your booking is confirmed and planning, design, and coordination begin immediately.
